Services for children and families are the driving force of the Community Action Organization. Annually, programs and services are expanded to meet the needs of an ever-changing community and its residents. In 2003, a new Family Development division was developed to compliment the agency's existing range of programs and services aimed at strengthening and empowering the family, including but not limited to:
- SES Application
- Early Childhood,
- Family Development,
- Youth Development,
- Reach Out Program,
- Parents Forever Program, and
- Senior Programs and Services.
