Research shows that services such as child care, education assistance, financial counseling, transportation, and employment all help families maintain stable housing situations. To that end, all of the services provided by CAO are designed to help families address the affordable housing crisis in Erie County. Additionally, we have specific housing programs designed to help families address the two most critical housing concerns, they are:
- The CAO New Ventures Housing Program which provides housing assistance to low income families and individuals facing foreclosures or evictions.
In addition, we may be able to provide assistance with other agency and community resources to prevent homelessness.
